2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase of products through this shop and apply to all orders. By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted these terms. We recommend that you keep a copy.
3. Capacity
To buy from us you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are a minor, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
4. Shipping destinations
We ship to the countries listed during checkout. If your country does not appear, we are unable to fulfil the order at this time.
5. Prices and taxes
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
- For deliveries within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, the sale is made without Spanish VAT, but customs duties, clearance fees and import taxes in the destination country are payable by the buyer and are settled on delivery or to the carrier.
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
6. Ordering process and conclusion of the contract
After completing payment you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation. If we detect an obvious material error in the price or a lack of stock, we will let you know and you may cancel with a full refund.
7. Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through certified providers; we do not store your full card details.
8. Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and refund the corresponding amount.
9. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee
Please see our Returns and refunds page, which forms an integral part of these terms and covers your 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
You may send any complaint to shop@zui.es. We undertake to respond within a reasonable time.
Important note: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so it is no longer available. As alternatives, consumers may turn to the consumer protection bodies of their region or country, to consumer arbitration schemes, or to the European Consumer Centre for cross-border purchases within the EU.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring your claim before the courts of your domicile.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place your order always applies.
