Order processing
We prepare orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start processing on the next business day.
Destinations and estimated delivery times
- Spain (mainland): 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: 4-10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates: they depend on the carrier and the destination. Shipments to islands, overseas territories and remote areas may take longer.
Shipping costs
The exact cost is calculated and shown before you confirm your order, based on your destination and the contents of your cart.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, handling fees and import taxes in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and are payable by the recipient, who must settle them in order to receive the parcel.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs because those amounts were not paid, we cannot refund the shipping costs or the return costs.
Tracking
Once your order leaves our facilities you will receive an email with the available tracking information. Please note that the status can take up to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at shop@zui.es: if the order has not shipped yet, we will try to correct it.
Delays, incidents and lost parcels
If your order is unusually delayed or does not arrive, contact us at shop@zui.es quoting your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Risk of loss
In accordance with consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer at the moment when they, or a third party indicated by them, take physical possession of the goods.
